Step-by-Step Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  • While the chicken is cooking, toast the slider buns lightly in a separate pan with butter until golden and crisp.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into smaller pieces that will fit on the slider buns.
  • Spread mayonnaise or sauce on the inside of the toasted buns.
  • Assemble the sliders: Place a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the chicken slices, lettuce, and pickles.
